Time Based Art / Intermedia

Time Based Art / Intermedia offers practical guidance for those students who wish to immerse themselves into works that requires knowledge in the field of time based art, such as video/film, animation and performance art. The education is based on individual tutorials and guidance into required steps and methods, such as research, script development, production and post-production.

Time Based Art / Intermedia provides a film and animation studio, a sound studio and five video editing stations. The video equipment is DV and HD based in combination with OS X computers and software, such as Final Cut Pro. It offers introductions in video editing and the available technical facilities. The education and facilities are available for students at the academy, architecture students from NTNU and guest students.
