Archive Books

Archive Books
Paolo Caffoni is co-editor of the publishing house Archive Books. He teaches at the department of Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies at the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan (NABA). He gave talks and lectures about publishing at the Sao Paulo Biennial, Politecnico di Milano, Triennale di Milano, Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), Saas-Fee Summer Institute of Art, Berlin. Through the production of different formats – anthologies, essays, artists’ books and magazines – the editorial line of Archive Books take form in collaboration with authors who make use of archival materials and documentary processes to offer perspectives – starting from the field of contemporary art – on themes such as labour conditions, post-colonialism, feminism, and pedagogy. Archive Kabinett is a space set aside for publishing in expanded form: encounters, research, screenings, presentations, exhibitions and a bookshop.

Carlos Alberto Correia (1989, Portugal) has a bachelor in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon and a MFA from the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art, NTNU (2015) Correia has made several solo and group exhibitions both in Portugal and Norway. He lives and works in Trondheim.

Kaffi Fanzine

Kaffi Fanzine
Fanzines, a dying artform? The love for physical format has never died, it still alive & well. Doing it the hard way has its charm: Writing with a typewriter, taking photos with analog cameras, cutting & pasting the zines before xerox printing them in finished A5 format fanzines. Making fanzines is the perfect outlet & art form for people with ADHD & OCD, like me.

Martin Mentzoni (1985) from Haugesund, Norway, is an artist, motivational Speaker, skateboarder, musician and blogger.

moin moin

Magdaléna Manderlová
Magdaléna Manderlová (1991) is an artist/musician from Czech Republic, currently based in Trondheim. Since 2013 she has been performing as lo-fi indie-songwriter moin moin. Her songs are intimate yet rough, and sometimes the song format drowns in a fuzzy soup of layered and looped vocals, and a blurry guitar in the backround.
In 2016, Magdalena self-recorded her debut album Dawn, which was released on tape-casette by Z-Tapes label. She sticks with DIY scene, produces various merch herself, and tours all around Europe.
