Accumulator #4. Michael Duch & Jeremy Welsh. Belgin, Bergen

Accumulator #4 is a new audio visual performance in an ongoing series by bassist Michael Francis Duch and video artist Jeremy Welsh. For each concert, a pre-recorded performance for solo double bass is combined with live improvisation and video projection. Duch and Welsh have also performed works by other composers including Pauline Oliveiros, Hanne Darboven and Michael Pisaro. Their previous works have been shown at, among others, The Museum of Modern Art, Vienna, TEKS, and Kunsthall Trondheim. The concert takes place at Belgin, the project space of Bergen Assembly, Kode 2 / Bergen Art Museum.
