Biography: 

Leslie Johnson is an artist and pedagog based in Scandinavia. She was Rektor and Professor at Valand Academy in Sweden, visiting professor at Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology in Bangalore, India and currently Professor and Program Leader of the Art Academy in Trondheim (KiT) with NTNU. She works with multiple medias and materials often resulting in installations both institutional and self-organized. Her work is in museum collections, in the public space through commissions; and she is active through online strategies. Her main area of specialization is Fluxus and Pop art and their evolution as contemporary art.
